At the International Scholarship and Examination Service Centre (ISESC), our mission is to shape a brighter future through enhanced educational opportunities. We focus on two main initiatives: Scholarships and Examinations, both designed to support deserving students and help unlock their full potential.

For scholarships, we tirelessly seek out reputable schools that offer scholarships catering to talented students, regardless of their financial background. Whether students are academically excellent but lacking the means or simply seeking better educational prospects, we’re here to assist them throughout the application process, making their dreams a reality.
On the examination front, we aim to introduce and promote diverse testing platforms that cater to various fields of expertise. Our goal is to identify and nurture each student’s
unique talents, helping them stand out and gain admission to universities that best suit their skills and interests.

Chief Executive Officer
RYAN WANG CHIA KEEN
Ryan is a Singaporean with over a decade of experience in providing consultancy services for international students. He is dedicated to the education industry, and well equipped with knowledge of Singapore is culture and its educational environment. Ryan has provided customized plans for over thousands of international students. He is very popular among students from China, Russia, England, Swiss, Italy, Japan and Korea.
Chief Operating Officer
AUNG KIM MOON
Moon has over a decade of experience in providing consultancy services for international students, specializing in the admission process and interview techniques for all kinds of international schools and government schools. She is well versed in immigration and education policies and has customized plans for over a thousand international students, successfully enrolled over a hundred into famous schools and obtained Permanent Resident status for many international students.
Examinations Coordinator
DR. LOW LERH FENG
Dr. Low has deep expertise in the Singapore mathematics curriculum and AEIS exam standards. With years of experience in test design, preparation, and evaluation, he ensures assessments are rigorous and aligned with academic goals.​​
A former top student and award winner in national science and math competitions, Dr. Low holds an Honours degree in Physics (NUS & ANU) and furthered his studies at University College London (UCL).
His structured, logic-driven approach has helped many students excel in high-stakes examinations.
